About Us
Myrtle & June began with a simple idea—and a little inspiration from the joy of getting something special in the mail. With the rise of snail mail making its comeback, we thought: what if opening your mailbox felt like the start of a creative adventure? So we created a crafting club designed to deliver exactly that.
The name Myrtle & June comes from two very important members of our lives—our dogs. Myrtle is Kelly’s husky mix, and June is Christy’s yellow lab. They represent the heart behind everything we create: warmth, personality, and a little bit of everyday joy.
At the core of Myrtle & June is a belief that creativity should feel accessible and enjoyable. Our kits are designed for anyone—from curious beginners to seasoned crafters—who wants to try something new without feeling overwhelmed. Each box includes everything you need to complete a project in just a few hours, so you can focus on the fun part: creating.
But we don’t stop at the craft itself.
We believe the experience matters just as much. That’s why each kit is thoughtfully designed to engage your senses . . . light a candle, put on the playlist, enjoy a treat, and settle into a moment that’s just for you. A moment to slow down, learn something new, and make something with your hands.
We’re Christy and Kelly—an elementary school teacher and an instructional designer—brought together by a shared love of learning, making, and finding fun in the little things.
When we’re not designing kits, you can usually find us trying a new craft, planning our next trip, or saying yes to something random around town.
